Node.js 12 + Yarn 3 (Berry): Requires 12.13.0+; Both Are End of Life

Yarn 3 requires Node ≥ 12.13.0. Node.js 12.13.0+ technically satisfies this, but Node.js 12 is EOL (April 2022). PnP limitations of Yarn 3 apply. This combination runs but is not supported or patched. Do not use in any environment with security requirements.
